The role of the Cybersecurity and Network Services Manager is to ensure the successful delivery of TBC's managed cybersecurity and network solutions.
The Manager of Cybersecurity and Network Services will oversee a combined team of cybersecurity and network engineers at various levels of expertise. This position is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and operating managed service product offerings, including Extended Threat Detection and Response (xTDR), Network Total Care (NTC), monitoring, alerting, and engineering
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes the following:
- Ensure SLA compliance and drive process improvement to meet operational objectives.
- Work with leadership in the creation and implementation of product development and multi-year roadmap.
- Direct the functions, processes, and operations of the network and security engineering, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide tier 3 support for the Security (SOC) and IT Operations Center (ITOC) to ensure monitoring, optimal log collection, SIEM alert tuning, identification/ resolution of security investigations, and detailed documentation.
- Ensure a high degree of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize practice workload between client engagements, internal efforts, and product development.
- Support Business Development and Marketing functions by engaging directly with prospective clients and providing technical resources when necessary.
- Develop and maintain an incident response management program that includes incident detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and chain of evidence/ forensic artifacts required for additional investigations.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence.
- Run monthly status meetings with clients and TBC leadership to report on service effectiveness.
- Responsible for assisting with hiring and retaining staff, career coaching, and professional development and accountable for the team's performance.

Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience
- Industry leadership certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CASP
- 5+ years working as a Senior IT Security Engineer or Senior Network Engineer
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Network technologies expertise (SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, network architecture, network monitoring)
- Cybersecurity technology expertise (SIEM, Splunk, SOAR, MITRE, SOC and Zero Trust)
- Good understanding of industry compliance requirements, i.e., PCI, HIPPA, NIST, ISO, etc.
- A proven track record of leading teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives
- Relationship-building skills.
- Experience developing new products and solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ability to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good work habits under pressure.

- SIEM and SOAR optimization
- GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance)
- Technical certifications such as CCNP, CYSA+, CEH, CCSP, GCIA, Splunk
- Splunk Dashboard and Reporting Experience.
- ITIL Foundations Certification.

- Meeting with and communicating with current and prospective clients.
