Essential Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated business analyst that is ready to work in a very fast paced environment to perform an in-depth discovery for one of our client’s existing processes, technologies, and procedures related to asset management. This role requires strong competencies in working with various teams across multiple organizational levels, conducting interviews, leading insightful discussions, and documenting current state. This role will also be responsible for analyzing and identifying inconsistencies in data and processes across the organization and working to develop a roadmap to address gaps.Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience
- 3+ year of Business Analysis experience
- Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to invest time in researching areas outside current knowledge base/skill set
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, cross-functional environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and a bias for action
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion, and simplify complex situations
- Fluent in MS Office suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio)
