all TBC employees, TBC's leaders consider themselves an integral part of each customer's
long-term success.
Marcus Sipolt - Founder / President
Marcus K. Sipolt has been President of TB Consulting for 13 years. TB Consulting
provides technical services to dozens of public and private organizations supporting
anywhere from a few employees to thousands of users. The company offers a wide variety
of services ranging from specific projects to fully managed services or IT outsourcing:
network design/engineering, server and desktop support, custom solution development,
business continuity and recovery, IT strategic planning and complete end-to-end
hosting services.
Marcus started the company after working for one of the major public accounting
firms/consulting firms for 20 years. His vision was to service medium sized organizations
in order to reach their business and financial successes. Marcus is personally involved
in major engagements to ensure the right issues are being addressed, the right TBC
resources are being applied and the objectives are clearly understood and achievable.
Marcus received his BS in Accounting from Western Illinois University (WIU) and
his Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University (ASU) W.P.
Carey School of Business Executive MBA Program. He is a founding member of the Mary
Lou Fulton Institute and Graduate School of Education Dean's Advisory Board at Arizona
State University. He is also actively involved with the Western Illinois University
President's National Advisory Council and other local non-profit organizations including
the National Football Foundation (www.FootballFoundation.org),
the Fiesta Bowl (www.FiestaBowl.org),
Civitan (www.Civitan.org) and
Audrey Angels (www.audreysangels.org).
Dieter Gable - Chief Executive Officer
Dieter Gable took over as CEO of TBC after having engaged TBC on multiple projects.
He brings over twenty years of systems and consulting experience to the TBC leadership
team including a proven track record based on a career blending a broad range of
experiences including deep technology and operational capabilities aimed at delivering
meaningful and measurable results. Key strengths are built around the ability to
develop a vision, implement multi-disciplinary teams supporting the vision, providing
concise situation assessments throughout the life-cycle of an initiative and leveraging
solid interpersonal skills to interface effectively with project teams, C-Level
Executives and Company Boards.
Dieter was previously a partner with one of the big-6 consulting firms servicing
major clients in both the Financial Services and Government sectors. Throughout
his career, Dieter has contributed vision and leadership to delivery of mission
critical initiatives ranging from business case development, competitive assessments,
operations evaluations, vendor selection and management, process engineering, technology
strategy and cost reduction, software and infrastructure delivery, and business
architecture. He has supervised large, globally distributed project teams comprised
of client, contractor and company personnel.
Dieter is an alum of the University of Arizona and remains involved with the university
serving on the business advisory board for the Eller MIS program. Dieter is also
actively involved in the community, most notably as chair of the Ryan House charity
(www.RyanHouse.org) and a member of the Fighter Country Partnership at Luke AFB
(www.FighterCountry.org).
