experience have given TBC's Management Team a comprehensive technology vision as
well as an end-to-end understanding of the strategic needs of its customers. Like
all TBC employees, TBC's leaders consider themselves an integral part of each customer's
long-term success.
Marcus Sipolt - Founder / President
Marcus K. Sipolt has been President of TB Consulting for 11 years. TB Consulting
provides technical support for more than 25 public and private organizations. The
company offers a wide variety of services which includes network engineering, desktop
and server support, contract technical support personnel, long-term Strategic IT
planning, complete project design and development work, among many other services.
Marcus started the company after working for one of the major public accounting
firms/consulting firms for 20 years. His vision was to service medium sized organizations
in order to reach their business and financial successes. Marcus is personally involved
in major engagements to ensure the right issues are being addressed, the right TBC
resources are being applied and the objectives are clearly understood and achievable.
Marcus received his BS in Accounting from Western Illinois University (WIU) and
his Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University (ASU) W.P.
Carey School of Business Executive MBA Program. He is a founding member of the Mary
Lou Fulton Institute and Graduate School of Education Dean's Advisory Board at Arizona
State University. He is also actively involved with the Western Illinois University
President's National Advisory Council and other local non-profit organizations including
the National Football Foundation, the Fiesta Bowl, and Civitan.
Jeff Freed - Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Freed became CEO of TB Consulting in 2008 after serving on its Board of Advisors.
Jeff brings deep business, operations, and technology management expertise to the
organization as his balanced experience includes leading a variety of organizations
through rapid growth and maturation phases. He has played the roles of both client
and consultant during his career which enhances his perspective on solving business
problems and providing practical, valuable services to TB Consulting clients.
Jeff joined TB Consulting after working for a regional financial services leader
where he oversaw the production of several different business units. Jeff’s prior
experience also includes being the executive in charge of IT Strategy at the same
financial services institution. Jeff was a senior executive with Accenture, a global
management and technology consulting firm, where Jeff worked for more than 12 years
with clients ranging from Fortune 100 to startup. He played key roles in major initiatives
for clients such as American Express, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, 1st National
Bank and eGain.
Throughout his career, Jeff has contributed vision and leadership to delivery of
mission critical initiatives ranging from business case development, competitive
assessments, operations evaluations, vendor selection and management, process engineering,
technology strategy and cost reduction, software and infrastructure delivery, and
business architecture. He has supervised large, globally distributed project teams
comprised of client, contractor and company personnel.
Jeff received his BS in Finance from the University of Arizona and remained involved
with UofA on the MIS Board. Jeff is a State Certified Life and Health Insurance
Producer in Arizona and is an active Member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee.
