Lottery Services
TBC has successfully planned and implemented over 20 significant lottery projects
from start to finish. We have worked with 15 state lotteries and 8 international
lotteries to provide a wide range of services including business analysis, technical
analysis, technical design, development, documenting, testing, conversion, training,
deployment and support.
TBC is a member of the IBM PartnerWorld and currently working on achieving status
as a Premium Partner by 3rd quarter 2008 and CLASS, TBC's back office system lottery
solution, is listed in IBM's Global Software Directory.
TBC has worked with and testified in front of several state legislatures regarding
the best practices surrounding lottery enabling legislation and oversight. We have
also worked with numerous US and international lotteries as it relates to existing
system reviews and planned system enhancements.
Our team has worked extensively on reviews for both on-line and off-line game systems
and functions providing a very broad perspective as we have worked with every major
on-line system and off-line game provider.
It should further be noted that TBC has a broad perspective on the best practices.
Best practices from other industries have contributed to the enhancements of systems,
processes and controls within the context of the lotteries. We believe having a
perspective and view beyond the lotteries has greatly enhanced TBC's ability to
develop long lasting and sought after solutions.
Back Office System Solution Our back office system was first implemented in 1989
and subsequently installed in 9 US lottery jurisdictions. A number of these installations
were replacements of other vendor or home-grown solutions. TBC provides on-going
support and consulting services for our back office system on an as-needed basis.
Given the intent of providing these jurisdictions self-sufficiency, we believe that
the comprehensive back office functionality has continued to lead the industry.
This has greatly contributed to our unprecedented track record.
