This option acts as a contingency offering for businesses seeking an alternative location, infrastructure, and temporary hardware to provide critical data and application availability during an outage at their primary hosting location.

TBC's Managed Services Overview:

• Client Owned Hardware Repairs -TBC's engineers will give best effort support to repair any Client owned hardware.
  
  
• Hardware Upgrades - TBC's Administrators can install hardware upgrades using parts provided by TBC or the Client.
  
  
• Non standard Software Installs - TBC will give best effort support to install 3rd party software.
  
  
• OS Reformats - TBC is able to reformat your server with a different OS.
  
  
• Reboot Requests - If a reboot is urgently needed, please submit a ticket via email or call TBC's NOC and it will be dealt with as soon as possible.
  
  
• Remote Hands - TBC's Administrators are available to physically assist with servers for Clients that remotely manage their own equipment.
  
  
• Security and Compliance Scans - Engineers will run a variety of security and compliance related scans at Client's request
  
  
• Security Troubleshooting - TBC's staff is able to investigate for security breaches by looking for common exploits and signs of malicious activity.
  
  
• Software Troubleshooting - Administrators can investigate and troubleshoot software issues on servers to best of their ability.
  
  
• Software Upgrades - TBC's Administrators will give best effort support to install any necessary software upgrades.
